Windows 10 운영체제에서 다운로드 한 실행파일이나 기존 보관하고 있던 프로그램을 실행 시 "이 앱은 사용자 보호를 위해 차단되었습니다." 라는 문구의 보기에 썩 좋지 않은 색상의 경고 메시지가 팝업되는 경우가 있습니다.

 

이러한 경고 메시지를 띄우는 이유는 다운로드한 외부 실행파일이나 파일 보안 및 악성 소프트웨어로부터의 공격을 방지하기 위해 Windows 10에서는 보안을 한 단계 상향시키는 조치를 취했습니다.

그러나 너무 막무가내식의 차단으로 인해 꼭 필요한 프로그램 또는 드라이버의 설치를 막아 사용자로 하여금 꽤 크나큰 스트레스를 주는 경향이 있습니다.

Windows 10 Home의 실행창에서 "gpedit.msc"를 입력하면,

다음과 같은 경고 메시지가 뜹니다. ['gpedit.msc'를 찾을 수 없습니다.]

상기와 같은 제약 사항으로 인해 본 문제를 해결하기 어려우므로 다음의 첨부파일을 다운로드 하여 patch를 합니다.

압축해제한 '파일 (Windows 배치 파일)을 관리자 권한으로 실행을 합니다.

 

아래와 같이 DOS 창 (레거시 콘솔 모드)이 팝업되면서 배치 파일을 실행합니다.

patch가 완료되면 "로컬 그룹 정책 편집기 (실행창에서 'gpedit.msc' 입력)"를 열어

'컴퓨터 구성" -> "Windows 설정" -> "보안 설정" -> "로컬 정책" -> "보안 옵션"을 클릭합니다.

 

오른쪽 정책 항목에서 '사용자 계정 컨트롤:관리 승인 모드에서 모든 관리자 실행' 을 '사용' 에서 '사용 안 함' 으로 변경 후 다시 시작을 하면 특정 프로그램이 실행되지 않는 문제를 해결할 수 있습니다.

 

이 후 Windows 10 재시작을 하면 원하는 프로그램이 실행되는 것을 확인할 수 있습니다.

In the policy item on the right, changing 'User Account Control : Run all administrators in Admin Approval Mode' from 'Enabled' to 'Disabled' and restarting can solve the problem that certain programs do not run.

 

After that, restart Windows 10 and you will see the desired program running.
